Participants
You can reserve your room directly with the Hilton Montréal Bonaventure hotel at: (514) 878-2332, or toll free 1 800 445-8667. The access code for placing a reservation is CIS. Participants will benefit from a special rate of $205 per night for a standard room, single or double occupation. A maximum of four (4) people per room will be allowed. An amount of $10 per night will be added for every additional person. The special rate of $205 covers room fees only; all meals extra. Taxes and additional fees will be charged to the participant. Rooms will be accessible from 3 pm. and your reservation will be held until 4 pm. If you expect to be late, you must guarantee your room with a down payment. Checkout is at noon. An additional $50 will be charged for late departures. |
